Renovation is ongoing in week 3 in our ‘Canal view’ home. All rough in plumbing and electrical is complete. All of the wall and ceiling and drywall is completed. This week the entire interior was primed to cover all interior walls and ceilings. After priming, the ceiling paint was applied throughout the home. New LED Recessed lights were installed in all baths, living areas and in the kitchen to give it a bright modern look. Currently all new outlets and light switches are getting installed. Landscaping changes have begun with overgrown weeds, stray trees, wild bushes, and lots of weeds have been removed. After all weeding and racking occur, new sod will eventually go down across the entire yard. Next, we must trouble shoot the irrigation system that appears it has not been used for years.
